We kindly ask that you provide us with minimum 48 hours notice of any cancelation or service change. We recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advanced notice, however, as a courtesy PLEASE contact us as soon as you know that you will be unable to to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the option to administer a cancelation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee for cancelations made less than 24 hours notice.
Day-of cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 100% fee of scheduled services.
Cancellations fees are required to be paid in full before scheduling future appointments. Thank you for respecting our time and schedules.
